- What does AEOscore cost?
- A one-off AI Visibility Audit at £395, credited against your first month, and two monthly tiers: Monitor at £99 (API costs bundled, you make the changes from paste-ready fixes) and Monitor + Strategist at £1,495 (we review and make the changes on your site and your channels, with a strategist and developer day every month). Every tier gets the full product: scans across all six engines (weekly on Monitor, daily on Monitor + Strategist), competitor tracking, fix plans, social and listings targets, rival radar and the shareable monthly report.
- What happened to the £49 Starter plan?
- It was retired in August 2026; that was the plan where you brought your own API keys. Both current tiers include API costs, so there are no keys to manage: Monitor at £99 a month, and Monitor + Strategist at £1,495 a month where we review and make the changes for you. The one-off £395 AI Visibility Audit is the usual starting point.
- What does API costs bundled mean, and what is fair use?
- On every tier we pay the AI providers, so there is nothing to set up and no separate bill. Fair use keeps that sustainable: weekly scans on Monitor and daily scans on Monitor + Strategist, across up to 40 active prompts, plus the tier's monthly re-scan allowance, and a monthly allowance of full fix plans and drafts. The Claude Opus stream is excluded unless agreed. The cap is stated in the terms, not hidden in an FAQ you find after signing up.
- What does the monthly strategy day cover?
- One strategist and developer day each month with the named expert: the changes made on your site (answer blocks, new pages, llms.txt, crawler rules, as pull requests if you deploy from GitHub), posts and replies on your channels with your sign-off, roundup outreach sent for you, and a monthly call reading the before and after numbers. It is the same person who built the software and runs your scans.
- How long should I commit to Monitor + Strategist for?
- There is no minimum term: it is monthly, cancel anytime. Plan for about a quarter, because AI answer visibility takes roughly that long to move and a shorter engagement cannot honestly show its worth. We would rather say that up front than lock you in to prove it.
- Can I cancel?
- Both tiers are monthly: cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. There are no minimum terms, no annual contracts anywhere in the product, and no cancellation fees.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is added where applicable at the prevailing UK rate, and VAT-registered businesses can reclaim it as normal. Invoices state everything separately, so your bookkeeper will not have to reverse-engineer the numbers.
- Is there a free option?
- There is a free one-off AEO score: a named expert runs your domain through all six engines and emails your scored report within 1 to 2 working days, no card, no signup. There is no free ongoing tier, because scans cost real API money to run. Monitor at £99 a month is the cheapest continuous option, and the £395 audit is the deeper one-off look.
