Who we are
AEOscore is a product of Goreblimey Ltd. Registered in England, company no. 07582417. We trade as AEOscore. Questions about these terms: hello@aeoscore.co.uk.
The service
AEOscore is an AI visibility service: a one-off AI Visibility Audit, scans of real buyer questions across the AI engines we track (weekly on Monitor, daily on Monitor + Strategist), a scored dashboard, written fix plans, and, on the Monitor + Strategist tier, a monthly strategist and developer day. What each tier includes, and its price, is set out on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
Billing and cancellation
Monitor is billed monthly by card and you can cancel at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund partial months. Monitor + Strategist is invoiced monthly on the same cancel-anytime basis, with no minimum term. Prices exclude VAT. If we change a price, existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice by email before it applies to them.
Fair use
On tiers where API costs are bundled, usage is subject to the published fair-use line. Fair use: weekly scans on Monitor and daily scans on Strategist, across up to 40 active prompts, the tier's monthly re-scan allowance, and a monthly allowance of full fix plans and drafts. The Claude Opus stream is excluded unless agreed. If you are regularly hitting these limits we will talk to you about the right tier rather than cutting you off without warning.
The free score
The free AEO score is a manual, one-off report prepared personally. It carries no obligation on either side, and we may limit or pause free score requests at any time to keep the service sustainable.
What we need from you
Accurate details about your business and domain, credentials kept confidential, and lawful use only: no scanning domains you have no legitimate interest in, and no reselling the service or its reports as your own product.
What we do not promise
We measure and improve AI visibility; we do not control the engines. We cannot guarantee that any engine will mention or recommend your business, or that a score will move by a given amount in a given time. The engines are third-party services that change without notice, and our methodology explains honestly how we measure and where the limits are.
Data and content
Your data stays yours, and your reports are yours to share. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service and publish industry research, never in a form that identifies you without permission. How we handle personal data is covered by our privacy policy. The AEOscore software, site and content remain the property of Goreblimey Ltd.
Liability
Our total liability to you in any 12 month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and ending the service
We can suspend or end your access for non-payment or misuse, with notice and a chance to put it right except in serious cases. You can leave whenever you like, as described under billing and cancellation.
Changes and governing law
If we make a material change to these terms we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days notice by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
