The technical team is one person: the one who wrote the AEOscore software. He runs your scans, reads the results and makes the changes to your site. There is no account manager between you and the work, and nothing is offshored or subcontracted.

What stays with you
Approvals, access and one call a month
You keep the decisions: which prompts matter, which pages we may change, what goes live. You give access to the site, Search Console and the listings you control. You read the monthly report and join one call to set next month’s priorities. Everything else on the done-for-you tier is done for you, and every change is logged against the gap it closes, with the date, so the report can show a before and after.
On the software tier (£99 a month) the split is different: the fix plan tells your team exactly what to build, with drafts on request, and your team builds it. Which tier fits depends on whether anyone in-house has a spare day a month; if not, that is what the done-for-you tier is for.
