The agency half is the person behind the software. On the £1,495 a month done-for-you tier, Olly, the named founder in Cheltenham, spends a full day every month making the fixes: pages written and published, crawler rules changed, listings requested, wrong facts corrected at their source. Most UK rivals do not have that half, which is why we call AEOscore a partner rather than a scanner.
Which half you need depends on who has the hours. If your team can act on a plan, the software is a better-value tracker than the US tools, in pounds, with the fixing written down.
